How to become a BuildoCrat

Step 1

Click signup under any of the plans offered. Complete form. You will receive your New Buildocrat Bank account details. There is an account for Cement, and a separate account for Blocks. Start funding the accounts.

Step 2

...Deposits are converted into the associated materials and kept in storage until your plan ends. You can rollover any plan if you are not ready to use your materials.

The money you deposit for us to buy and store your building materials is being deposited into a special
account that will be created just for you after you’ve signed up.

What Is the Guarantee that my Deposits And Materials are Safe with BuildoCrat?

BuildoCrat is a team of built-environment professionals and we are registered and regulated by the Corporate Affairs Commission(CAC), the Nigerian Society of Engineers, the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria, the Nigerian Institute of quantity surveyors, the Nigerian Institute of Builders and the Nigerian Institute of Architecture.

What if the prices of materials has increased in Nigeria by the time I want to withdraw my stored materials with BuildoCrat?

There is zero cause for alarm. We exist to protect you against this very problem. Since you have deposited for the materials before any price increment, we are obligated to deliver them to you irrespective of whatever the market price is saying, remember it is quantities of materials you have with us, you are not affected by price increases in any way.

How long can I store my Building Materials with BuildoCrat?

You can store your building materials with us for up to a year and we will deliver them to as many locations as you want at the end of your plan. If you are not ready to use the materials, you can roll them over into a new plan.
